Who is the partner program for?

The CollectDesk partner program is for anyone with an audience that can benefit from the advanced business messaging and payments capabilities CollectDesk provides.
How does the commission structure work?

Commission is calculated based on your affiliate partner status for in-network affiliates. *Out-of-network affiliates are eligible for a flat fee commission equal to the first monthly payment.
How do I provide merchant accounts?

CollectDesk has an extensive partner network that can assist with everything you need to provide merchant accounts. If you have an existing business and are looking to add payments to your offering please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Are there any minimums to become a partner?

There are no minimums to become an affiliate partner, but there are minimums to become a reseller partner. For more information on becoming a CollectDesk reseller please reach out to our partnership team at partners@collectdesk.com
How does billing work?

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Commissions are paid 45-60 days after the billing date.
What processors does CollectDesk work with?

CollectDesk is designed to work with any processor.
