CollectDesk provides flexible billing options to accommodate businesses of any size. There are 2 simple components to every billing plan: 1.) a per user fee and 2.) account credits. All user fees are billed monthly or annually based on the plan you select. Credits are billed based on consumption allowing you to make use of as many SMS, MMS, email & voice credits as you need on your own terms. Every plan comes with a pre-filled credit balance to help you get started. Below is a breakdown of inbound and outbound account credits.

No. You can use CollectDesk month-to-month on Starter and Standard plans or save 20% with annual billing on Pro plans.

What are third-party fees?

Third-party fees include any fees derived from third parties. SMS messaging is a regulated industry. US phone carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint and other messaging providers charge fees per message ranging from $0.0025-$0.0079 per SMS messaging segment in addition to A2P10DLC brand registration fees. All messaging fees are standard industry fees that CollectDesk passes-through without markup as they are assessed.

You can get started creating your CollectDesk account immediately. Based on your merchant account type, processing can be activated as quickly as the same day with an industry average of 1-3 days. A2P10DLC brand registration to activate SMS/MMS messaging and voice capabilities also averages 1-3 days. CollectDesk provides a completely automated brand registration process to expedite the A2P10DLC process. You must have an actual business to complete brand/campaign registration.
